New Modern Apprenticeships for restaurant group

A restaurant group has shown its commitment to work based learning announcing 35 new Modern Apprenticeship places. Glasgow-based The DRG will welcome an initial 35 employees who are undertaking a Hospitality apprenticeship, with the programme gradually extending to include further existing staff and new recruits as the business expands.

DYW Glasgow supported an array of industry tours during Scottish Apprenticeship Week, in a variety of key sectors including hospitality, financial services and construction. Six schools across the city were partnered with the Glasgow Marriott Hotel, The DRG Group, Santander, Clydesdale Bank, Tesco Bank and CCG, offering tours to over 90 young people.
